With the Taxfix app, customers can file their taxes digitally, quickly and easily.

Instant refund

What I did: Design of the user experience from a content perspective for the new feature Instant Refund. The project happened in close collaboration with Product Design, Product Management, Legal, and Tax Experts. The service allows users to receive half of their estimated refund immediately, instead of waiting 6-12 weeks for the tax office to process their tax return.

Challenges

  • Reduce complexity – simplify the user’s decision-making at the opt-in stage

  • Turn lots of complex information into easily-digestible content
